Can you believe it? Amy was most patient with me. Thank you, Amy! It took a lot longer than it should have because I was not waiting long enough for the machine to complete the process. So when I checked the blog there was nothing there. I decided to go empty the dishwasher and when I came back - behold a new screen saying it was done! The I learned what I should not do and what I should do and wha-la-- it worked! Yeh!
